Opening the hood
To unlock the hood, pull the lever towards you.

Raise the hood by pressing the safety hook lever.

Note:
- The bonnet should only be opened when the windscreen wiper blades are in the lower working position. Otherwise, the paintwork and hood may be damaged.
- To secure the hood in the raised position, insert the support rod into the groove.

Attention:
- Be aware that the support rod may become detached from the hood if the open hood is lifted by a strong wind.
- The support rod should be inserted into the hole provided for this purpose. If installed in a different location, the support rod may slip out, which may cause an accident.
Closing the hood
Remove the support rod and secure it in the holder. Slowly lower the hood to approximately 30 cm from the closed position, then release the hood.

Note:
- If the hood does not close, release the hood from a slightly higher height.
- Do not press hard on the hood with your hand, as this may damage the hood.
Attention:
- Be careful not to pinch your palms or fingers when closing the hood.
- Before driving, make sure the hood is securely locked. A hood that is not fully latched may rise unexpectedly while driving. This is extremely dangerous.
