1. Remove the lower support plate and engine crankcase guard.

2. Remove the main muffler (1).

3. Remove the central exhaust pipe (2).

4. Remove the rear catalytic converter (3).

5. Remove the right front oxygen sensor (4).

6. Remove the front exhaust pipe (5).

7. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (6).

8. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (7).

9. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (8).

10. Remove the left front oxygen sensor (9).

11. Remove the right rear oxygen sensor (10).

12. Remove the left rear oxygen sensor (11).

13. Remove the front catalytic converter (12).

14. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (13).

15. Remove the oil seal (14).

16. Remove the muffler hook (15).

17. Remove the hook bracket (16).

18. Remove the hook bracket (17).

19. Remove the rear floor heat shield (18).

20. Remove the muffler hook (19).

21. Remove the hook bracket (20).

22. Remove the support bracket (21).

23. Remove the heat-resistant instrument panel shield (22).



24. Remove the front floor heat shield (23).

Model with 6G7 engine (long wheelbase)





1. Remove the lower support plate and engine crankcase guard.

2. Remove the main muffler (1).

3. Remove the central exhaust pipe (2).

4. Remove the rear catalytic converter (3).

5. Remove the right front oxygen sensor (4).

6. Remove the front exhaust pipe (5).

7. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (6).

B. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (7).

9. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (8).

10. Remove the left front oxygen sensor (9).

11. Remove the right rear oxygen sensor (10).

12. Remove the left rear oxygen sensor (11).

13. Remove the front catalytic converter (12).

14. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (13).

15. Remove the oil seal (14).

16. Remove the muffler hook (15).

17. Remove the hook bracket (16).

18. Remove the hook bracket (17).

19. Remove the rear floor heat shield (18).

20. Remove the muffler hook (19).

21. Remove the hook bracket (20).

22. Remove the support bracket (21).

23. Remove the heat-resistant instrument panel shield (22).

24. Remove the front floor heat shield (23).

Model with 4M4 engine (short wheelbase)





1. Remove the lower support plate and engine crankcase guard.



2. Remove the main muffler (1).

3. Remove the central exhaust pipe (2).

4. Remove the rear catalytic converter (3).

5. Remove the front exhaust pipe (4).

6. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (5).

7. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (6).

8. Remove the sealing ring (7).

9. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (8).

10. Remove the mounting bracket (9).

11. Remove the air filter assembly.

12. Remove the front catalytic converter cover (10).

13. Remove the front catalytic converter (11).

14. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (12).

15. Remove the muffler hook (13).

16. Remove the hook bracket (14).

17. Remove the hook bracket (15).

18. Remove the rear floor heat shield (16).

19. Remove the muffler hook (17).

20. Remove the hook bracket (18).

21. Remove the front floor heat shield (19).

22. Remove the heat-resistant instrument panel shield (20).

Model with 4M4 engine (long wheelbase)





1. Remove the lower support plate and engine crankcase guard.

2. Remove the air filter assembly.

3. Remove the main muffler (1).

4. Remove the central exhaust pipe (2).

5. Remove the rear catalytic converter (3).

6. Remove the front exhaust pipe (4).

7. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (5).



8. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (6).

9. Remove the sealing ring (7).

10. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (8).

11. Remove the mounting bracket (9).

12. Remove the air filter assembly.

13. Remove the front catalytic converter cover (10).

14. Remove the front catalytic converter (11).

15. Remove the exhaust pipe gasket (12).

16. Remove the muffler hook (13).

17. Remove the hook bracket (14).

18. Remove the hook bracket (15).

19. Remove the rear floor heat shield (16).

20. Remove the muffler hook (17).

21. Remove the hook bracket (18).

22. Remove the front floor heat shield (19).

23. Remove the heat-resistant instrument panel shield (20).
