1. Install the exhaust manifold gasket (8).

2. Install the right exhaust manifold (7).

3. Install the right exhaust manifold cover (6).

4. Install the exhaust manifold EGR tube gasket (5).

5. Install the exhaust manifold EGR tube (4).

6. Tighten the connecting bolts of the steering column mounting bracket.

7. Install the air filter.

8. Install the exhaust manifold gasket (3).

9. Install the left exhaust manifold (2).

10. Install the left exhaust manifold cover (1).

11. Install the dipstick guide to measure the oil level in the gearbox.

12. Install the dipstick guide to measure the engine oil level.

13. Install the battery and battery tray.

14. Install the front exhaust pipe.

15. Install the lower support plate and engine crankcase guard.

16. Install the engine cover.

Model with 4M4 engine



1. Install the exhaust manifold gasket (14).

2. Install the exhaust manifold (13).

3. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield (12).

4. Install the gasket (11).

5. Install the turbocharger assembly (10).

6. Install the gasket (9).

7. Install the oil pipe assembly (8).

8. Install the gasket (7).

9. Install the oil return pipe (6).

10. Install the return oil hose (5).

11. Install the water damper drive (4).

12. Install the spring ring (3).

13. Install the vacuum hose (2).

14. Install the turbocharger heat shield (1).

15. Install the turbocharger inlet and outlet water pipes.

16. Install the front catalytic converter.

17. Install pipe B and EGR cooler.



18. Install the air filter assembly.

19. Fill the engine with oil.

20. Fill the engine with coolant.

21. Install the lower support plate and engine crankcase guard.

22. Install the engine cover.
