Model with 6G7 engine
1. Remove the engine cover.
2. Remove the lower support plate and engine crankcase guard.
3. Remove the front exhaust pipe.
4. Remove the battery and battery tray.
5. Remove the engine oil dipstick guide.
6. Remove the gearbox oil level dipstick guide.
7. Remove the left exhaust manifold cover (1).
8. Remove the left exhaust manifold (2).
9. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket (3).
10. Remove the air filter.
11. Unscrew the connecting bolts of the steering column mounting bracket.
12. Remove the exhaust manifold EGR tube (4).
13. Remove the exhaust manifold EGR tube gasket (5).
14. Remove the right exhaust manifold cover (6).
15. Remove the right exhaust manifold (7).
16. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket (8).
Model with 4M4 engine
1. Remove the engine cover.
2. Remove the lower support plate and engine crankcase guard.
3. Drain the coolant.
4. Drain the oil from the engine.
5. Remove the air filter assembly.
6. Remove pipe B and the EGR cooler.
7. Remove the front catalytic converter.
8. Remove the turbocharger inlet and outlet water pipes.
9. Remove the turbocharger heat shield (1).
10. Remove the vacuum hose (2).
11. Remove the spring ring (3).
12. Remove the water flap drive (4).
13. Remove the return oil hose (5).
14. Remove the return oil pipe (6).
15. Remove the gasket (7).
16. Remove the oil pipe assembly (8).
17. Remove the gasket (9).
18. Remove the turbocharger assembly (W).

19. Remove the gasket (11).
20. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield (12).
21. Remove the exhaust manifold (13).
22. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket (14).
