2. Drain the oil from the transfer case.
3. Remove crossbar No. 2.
4. Wrap rubber insulation around the rear of the drive shaft.
5. Remove the front propeller shaft (1).
1) Set the transfer case shift lever to the "2H" position.
2) Apply alignment marks to the differential coupling flange and the propeller shaft flange.
3) Wrap a rag around the boot joint and remove the front propeller shaft.
4) Close the open part of the transfer case to prevent foreign materials from entering the transfer case.

6. Remove the rear propeller shaft (2).
1) Apply alignment marks to the differential coupling flange and the outer CV joint ring.
2) Wrap a rag around the boot joint and remove the front propeller shaft.
3) Close the open part of the transfer case to prevent foreign materials from entering the transfer case.
