Removal the rear differential lock



1. Remove the lower and upper trim of the rear pillar.

2. Remove the subwoofer.

3. Remove the amplifier.

4. Remove the rear seat belt.



5. Remove the rear differential lock switch (1).

6. Remove the rear differential lock control unit (2).

7. Remove the hose (3).

8. Remove the evaporator hose (4).

9. Remove the nipple (5).

10. Remove the rear differential lock air pump (6).

11. Remove the rear differential lock disengagement switch (7).

12. Remove the gasket (8).

Installing the rear differential lock



Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the torques shown in the figure.


1. Install the gasket (8).

2. Install the rear differential lock disengagement switch (7).

3. Install the rear differential lock air pump (6).

4. Install the nipple (5).

5. Install the evaporator hose (4).

6. Install the hose (3).

7. Install the rear differential lock control unit (2).

8. Install the rear differential lock switch (1).

9. Install the rear seat belt.

10. Install the amplifier.

11. Install the subwoofer.

12. Install the lower and upper trim of the rear pillar.
