Attention! Applies to servicing of vehicles equipped with an additional passive safety system (SRS).

Unqualified maintenance or repair of any component of the SRS system (as well as an associated component of the SRS system) may result in injury or death to service personnel (as a result of unauthorized activation of the inflatable airbag), as well as to the driver and front passenger (as a result of inoperable SRS system after unqualified maintenance or repair).

Caution: Service or repair of any SRS component (or related component) must be performed only by an authorized Mitsubishi dealer.

Caution: The SRS system includes the following components: SRS control unit, SRS indicator lamp, air bag modules, clock spring and connecting wires.

The car uses an air conditioning system (forced ventilation and heating) with separate regulation of air flows to the head and foot areas of the driver and passenger and bypassing the air conditioner evaporator, which is characterized by high efficiency and low noise levels.

The air conditioning system is generally similar to the standard one, but it uses a new refrigerant, adopted in connection with the introduction of international restrictions on the use of freons. The system also includes an air purification filter, which allows for fine-tuning of the air conditioner.

The automatic air conditioning system is basically the same as the manual air conditioner, which uses a new type of refrigerant. However, the air conditioner control panel has fewer controls, but each of them performs more functions to control the air conditioning system.
