Caution: Before removing the air bag module and clock spring, observe the safety precautions when servicing the SRS system.
Removal
1. Remove the steering column switch with built-in headlight washer switch.

2. In the engine compartment, remove relay 1 of the headlight washer (Fig. 17.51).

3. Drain the washer fluid.
4. Remove the front bumper.

5. Disconnect the hoses and remove the check valve 3 (Fig. 17.52).
6. Remove the washer hoses as a 2-piece assembly.
7. Unscrew and remove brackets 5.
8. Remove injectors 1.
9. Loosen the screws and remove the headlight washer reservoir 6.
10. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the headlight washer motor 4.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
