The steering wheel should be adjusted so that the vehicle is comfortable to drive and so that the instrument cluster, indicator lights and instruments are visible.

To adjust the steering wheel angle, pull the lock release lever (2) down, adjust the steering wheel position until the desired angle is reached (1), then pull the lock release lever up to lock the steering wheel in the selected position.
Warnings
- (1) After adjusting the steering wheel position, make sure that the lever is in the lock position.
- (2) Do not adjust the steering wheel position while the vehicle is moving. Such adjustment may cause the steering wheel to turn sharply to the left or right, resulting in loss of vehicle control.
- (3) When releasing the steering wheel height adjustment lever, move it to position (2) and be sure to hold the steering wheel with your hand to prevent it from falling to the lowest position.
