Disassembly
1. Removal of the ball bearing is shown in fig. 11.101, removal of the bushing of a gear wheel of 2nd transfer - on fig. 11.102, removal of the plug of a gear wheel of 1st transfer - on fig. 11.103, removal of the inner rotating roller bearing ring - in fig. 11.104.

Assembly
Snap ring
2. Select and install a circlip such that the output shaft front bearing axial clearance is correct (pic. 11.105). Required clearance: - 0.01 to 0.12 mm.

3rd gear pinion snap ring
3. Select and install a snap ring such that the axial clearance of the pinion gear of the 3rd gear of the secondary shaft corresponds to the required (pic. 11.106). Required clearance: - 0.01 to 0.09 mm.
