1. Removal of the ball bearing is shown in Figure 11.101, removal of the 2nd gear bushing is shown in Figure 11.102, removal of the 1st gear bushing is shown in Figure 11.103, and removal of the inner rotating ring of the roller bearing is shown in Figure 11.104.

Assembly
Snap ring
2. Select and install a snap ring such that the axial clearance of the secondary shaft front bearing corresponds to the required one (Figure 11.105). The required clearance is: - 0.01 to 0.12 mm.

Secondary shaft 3rd gear pinion snap ring
3. Select and install a snap ring such that the axial clearance of the 3rd gear of the secondary shaft corresponds to the required one (Figure 11.106). The required clearance is: - 0.01 to 0.09 mm.
