Cars 1983-86.



1. Remove the brushes, unscrew the nut and push the lever drive shaft under the body panel.

2. Remove the hatch cover on the right side of the front bulkhead.



3. Loosen the bolts and remove the electric motor, mark the position of the rod and disconnect the rod, placing the rod and motor at a right angle.

4. If necessary, remove the rod through the hatch.

5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Cars 1987-91.



1. Remove the brushes, unscrew the nut and push the lever drive shaft under the body panel.

2. Carefully pry up the latches and remove the ventilation panels (or one panel).

3. Unscrew the bolts and remove the electric motor, disconnect the rod.

4. Disconnect the wires and remove the electric motor.

5. If necessary, unscrew the bolts (nuts) securing the roller plate and remove the rod assembly with the roller through the hatch.

Attention! The position of the drive rod and the wiper motor is pre-adjusted, so remove the entire drive only as a last resort, marking the relative position of the rod on the engine.


6. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

7. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 5 Nm.
