Diesel Cylinder Head Cover





1. Hose; 2, 8. Bolts; 3, 9. Washers; 4. Seals; 5. Lid; 6. Gasket; 7. Plug; 10. Roller with rocker


Shaft with rocker arms on 3.0L engines





1, 6, 11, 18. Camshaft covers (N 4–1); 2, 4, 7, 9, 12, 14. Rocker arms; 3, 5, 8, 10, 13, 15. Spring; 16, 17. Rollers


Removal



1. Disconnect the ground. Disconnect the ventilation hoses from the cover.

2. Unscrew 2 bolts and remove the cover and gasket.

3. Clean the lid.

Installation



Installation is carried out in reverse order. The lid gasket can be used if it is not damaged or the rubber has not hardened. The use of sealant is prohibited. Tighten the bolts to 4–5 Nm.
