Engine manifold and turbocharger assembly
1. Pressure hose; 2. Ventilation tube; 3. Intake; 4. Intake manifold; 5. Air vent; 6. Exhaust manifold; 7, 11. Shield; 8. Turbocharger; 9. Return oil line; 12. Outlet pipe; 13. Pressure oil line; 14. Exhaust gas damper drive
Removal
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Disconnect the exhaust pipe from the turbocharger, remove the gasket and shield.
3. Unscrew the bolts, remove the branch pipe and rubber hose.
4. Disconnect the return oil line.
5. Carefully disconnect the pressure oil line.
6. Disconnect the vacuum hose and remove the exhaust valve actuator.
7. Loosen the bolts and remove the turbocharger and gasket. Immediately plug the holes and oil passages with a clean rag. Cover the turbocharger securely with a dust-proof cover.
8. Loosen the bolts and remove first the intake manifold, then the exhaust manifold.
Clean the separating surfaces.
Installation
9. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Replace all gaskets. Tighten all connections to the torques shown in the illustration for diesel. After assembly, check the oil pressure and the presence of extraneous noise during engine operation.
