Removal



1. Remove the cylinder head cover and timing belt covers.

2. Set the piston of the 1st cylinder to TDC of the compression stroke.

3. Pressing the shafts and rocker arms to the cylinder head, unscrew the 5 bolts, remove the washers and take out the shafts with the rocker arms. When disassembling, check the condition of all parts, the sphericity of the screw heads and the cleanliness of the channels.

Installation



Installation is carried out in reverse order. Please note that the intake and exhaust rocker arms are marked I and E respectively. Tighten the bolts evenly to a torque of 37 Nm. Adjust the valves.
