Removal the anti-roll bar
1. Remove the engine crankcase guard.
2. Remove the anti-roll bar (1).
3. Remove the anti-roll bar bracket (2).
4. Remove the anti-roll bar bushing (3).
5. Remove the anti-roll bar (4).
Installing the anti-roll bar
Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the torques shown in the figure.
1. Install the anti-roll bar (4).
2. Install the anti-roll bar bushing (3).
3. Install the anti-roll bar bracket (2).
4. Install the anti-roll bar (1).
5. Install the engine crankcase guard.
Checking the rotation moment of the anti-roll bar ball joint
1. Rock the ball joint pin several times, install the nut on the pin and, using a special tool, measure the ball joint rotation torque.
Nominal value: 4.9 - 19.6 Nm.
2. If the measured value exceeds the nominal value, replace the anti-roll bar strut.

3. If the measured value is less than the nominal value, check the ease of movement of the pin in the ball joint. If the pin does not stick and there is no excessive play, then using such a ball joint (ball joint) allowed.
Checking the protective cover of the ball joint of the anti-roll bar
1. Check the protective cover for cracks or damage by pressing on it with your finger.
2. If the protective cover has cracks or damage, replace the anti-roll bar strut.
Note: Cracks or damage to the protective boot may cause damage to the ball joint. If the protective cover is damaged during maintenance work, replace the protective cover.
Replacing the protective cover of the ball joint of the stabilizer bar
Replace the ball joint protective boot only if it is accidentally damaged during maintenance work, as follows:
1. Remove the clamping ring and protective cover.
2. Apply multi-purpose grease to the inside of the protective boot.
3. Wrap the threaded part of the ball joint pin of the stabilizer bar with insulating tape as shown in the figure, and then install the protective cover.
4. Secure the protective cover with a spring ring. When installing the spring ring, its cut must be turned at an angle of 90° from the axis of the anti-roll bar.
5. Check the protective cover for cracks and damage by pressing on it with your finger.
