Model with 3800 cc engine



1. Install the power steering pump bracket (7).

2. Install the intermediate pulley of the timing belt of the gas distribution mechanism and the timing belt of the gas distribution mechanism.

3. Install the power steering pump (6).

4. Install the gasket (5).

5. Install the pressure pipe (4).

6. Tighten the bolt (3).

7. Install the suction hose (2).

8. Install the drive belt (1).

9. Fill the power steering system with working fluid.

10. Bleed the power steering hydraulic system.

11. Check the drive belt tension.

12. Install the battery.

Model with 3200 cc engine



1. Install the sealing ring (8).

2. Install the power steering pump (7).

3. Install the sealing ring (6).

4. Install the pressure hose (5).

5. Connect the air conditioner compressor connector.

6. Tighten the pressure hose bolt (4).

7. Tighten the bolt (3).

8. Connect the control wiring connection.

9. Install the suction hose (2).

10. Tighten the air conditioner pipe clamp bolt.

11. Install the air conditioner compressor.

12. Connect the air conditioner compressor connector.

13. Install the air conditioner drive belt.

14. Install the vacuum hose.

15. Connect the camshaft position sensor connector.

16. Connect the feed control valve connector.

17. Connect the fuel temperature sensor wiring connector.

18. Install the radiator expansion tank.

19. Connect the power steering pump connector (1).

20. Fill the power steering system with working fluid.

21. Bleed the power steering hydraulic system.

22. Check the drive belt tension.

23. Install the battery.
