1. Using a special tool (MB991610), remove the automatic transmission oil filter.
2. Clean the filter mounting surface from the bracket side.
3. Lubricate with ATF (oil for automatic transmission) o-ring of the new filter.
4. Using a special tool (MB991610), install the automatic transmission oil filter.
Tightening torque: 12 Nm.
5. Check the ATF level in the automatic transmission.
