2. Place a wooden board about 4 cm thick as shown in Fig. 17.8 and lift the glass.
3. Check that when the board is clamped, the glass automatically lowers by approximately 50 mm.
4. Lower the glass again 50 mm or more from the fully closed position and repeat the test. Make sure that this time the glass lowers approximately 150 mm.
5. If the door glass does not move the specified distances, replace the window regulator assembly.
6. When installing a new window regulator for all doors, after completely closing the door windows, hold the window regulator control switch in the "UP" position for more than 1 second.
