Front seat adjustment
Adjust the driver's seat to a position that allows easy operation of the pedals, steering wheel, and instrument panel switches while still providing good visibility.

- 1) Adjust the seat, if necessary, only before starting to move.
- (2) Once the seat has been adjusted, make sure it is securely locked in place by trying to move the seat and its backrest forward and backward without using the adjustment mechanism.
- (3) To reduce the risk of injury in the event of a collision or sudden braking, the seatbacks should be kept in a nearly upright position while the vehicle is moving. The effectiveness of the seat belts may be significantly reduced if the seatback is reclined. This creates the risk that the occupant may slip out from under the seat belt and be seriously injured.
Warnings
- (1) Make sure that the seat adjustment is carried out by an adult. If the adjustment is carried out by a child, it may cause an accident.

Adjusting the longitudinal position of the front seat

Pull up on the seat adjustment lever and move the seat forward or backward to the desired position. After adjustment, release the lever to lock the seat in the new position.

Adjusting the angle of the front seat backrest
