Removal
- Disconnect the wires from the battery terminals.
- Drain the coolant from the engine cooling system.
- Disconnect the hoses from the radiator. Disconnect the connector from the radiator fan motor.
- Loosen the clamps and disconnect the air ducts and air hoses from the intercooler.
- Remove the bolts and the left and right upper supports.
- Remove the radiator fan motor, radiator and intercooler (Fig. 4.39).

Installation
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
- Fill the engine cooling system with coolant.
