Gear shift lever for a car with F5MV1 and F5M42 gearbox since 2000 (Mitsubishi Space Star)

Disassembly

• Remove the gear shift lever.
• Remove the lever (Fig. 12.15).

• Remove the bushing
• Remove the screws and cover, ball joint and gear shift lever.
• Remove the spherical socket, hinge socket and insulation boot.

Assembly

• Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
