Removal
Disconnect the ground cable from the battery. Disconnect the battery only when the ignition is off.
Remove the glove compartment and the right drawer.
Remove the control cable for the mixture of outside and inside air from the fan. Separate the air duct from the fan.
Remove the bolts and pull out the fan.
Remove the motor. If necessary, replace the resistor. To dismantle the heater housing, you must remove the entire instrument panel.
The fan motor should spin normally when connected to the battery. If not, replace the motor.
If the engine is working properly, then the heater relay, switch, or wiring may have failed.

Clear the air duct from foreign objects
Installation
Install the motor and secure it. Install the gasket. Replace the damaged gasket.
Connect the air mixture control cable.
Install the fan, all trims and glove compartment in reverse order.
Connect the battery.
If available, set the time on the clock and enter the security code into the radio.
