Removal



Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.

Relieve the fuel pressure.

Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation hose.

Disconnect the injector connectors.

Loosen the bolts and disconnect the high pressure fuel hose flange (1) from the fuel manifold (2).



Remove the gasket.

Loosen the clamps and remove the fuel return hose.

Disconnect the vacuum hose.

Remove the fuel pressure regulator.

Remove the O-ring.

Unscrew the bolts and remove the fuel manifold together with the injectors installed on it.

Loosen the clamp and remove the fuel return line.

Remove the sealing gaskets.

Remove the injectors carefully.

Remove the lower washers from the injectors.

Remove the sealing bushings.

Installation



Installation is carried out in reverse order, taking into account the following:

Before installation, apply a small amount of clean engine oil to the O-ring (2) of the injector (1)



Rotate the injectors, high pressure fuel hose and fuel pressure regulator to install the fuel manifold.



After installation, check the smooth rotation of the high pressure hose flange in the fuel manifold.

Tighten the high pressure fuel hose flange mounting bolts to the specified torque.
