Mounting elements of the throttle body for 1.6L and 1.8L engines
1 - vacuum tube; 2 - throttle body; 3 - idle speed control connector; 4 - throttle position sensor connector; 5 - vacuum tube; 6 - connection pipe; 7 - gas pedal cable connection (accelerator); 8 - gasket; A - models without TCL; B - models with TCL.
Removal
Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
Drain the coolant from the cooling system.
Remove the air filter.
Disconnect the accelerator pedal cable.
Disconnect the throttle position sensor connector.
Disconnect the idle speed control valve connector.
Disconnect the vacuum tube.
After loosening the clamps, remove the cooling system hoses.
After unscrewing the bolts, remove the throttle body.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
