1. Unpin the fork axle; 2. Disconnect the master cylinder from the bracket (one of the nuts is located on the engine compartment side); 3. Pedal assembly; 4. Fork axle; 5. Earring A; 6. Spring; 7. Earring B; 8. Bushing; 9. Pedal axle; 10. Pedal; 11. End sleeve; 12. Axle bushing; 13. Bushings; 14. Overlay; 15. Travel limiter bolt (on a car without cruise control); 16. Clutch engagement sensor (on a car with a cruise control system); 17. Locking switch; 18. Bracket; a. Lubricate; N – replace during assembly




Removal and installation



Cars with cable-actuated clutch



1. Loosen the cable sheath nut to allow slack.

2. Disconnect the cable from the pedal.

3. Loosen the nut and remove the pedal lever, marking its position.

4. Remove the pedal with the axle, making sure to preserve the axle bushing.

5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

6. Lubricate the necessary points.

Cars with hydraulic clutch



Cars 1989-90, 2.6L engine



1. The order of removal (in accordance with the numbering of positions) clutch pedals on 1989-90 cars with 2.6L engine see the picture Clutch pedal (hydraulic drive), for cars of 1989-90 with 2.6 l engine.

2. When installing, tighten all connections to the required torques.

3. Adjust the pedal (see subsection 9.1.2).

Cars 1990-91, engine 3.0 l

2. When installing, tighten all connections to the required torques.

3. Adjust the pedal (see subsection 9.1.2).

Cars 1992-98.

2. When installing, lubricate the indicated areas and tighten all connections to the required torques.

3. Adjust the pedal (see subsection 9.1.2).
