1. Disconnect the connector from the clutch pedal position switch.

2. Measure the resistance between contacts 1 and 2 of the switch connector (Fig. 6.32).

3. Make sure that when you press the clutch pedal, the resistance between the contacts is zero, and when you release the pedal, it is infinity.

3. If the clutch pedal switch conductivity is not as specified, replace the switch.
