Removal the door trim
Front door
1. Remove the triangular cover (1).
2. Remove the power window switch panel assembly (2).
1) Remove the electric window switch panel assembly using special tool MB990784.
3. Remove the front door handle cover (3).
4. Remove the front door trim (4).
5. Remove the upper door handle fastener (5).
6. Remove the front door trim bracket (6).
7. Remove the door handle bracket (7).
Back door
1. Remove the power window switch panel assembly (1).
2. Remove the rear door handle cover (2).
3. Remove the rear door trim (3).
4. Remove the upper door handle fastener (4).
5. Remove the door handle bracket (5).
Installing door trim
Front door
1. Install the door handle bracket (7).
2. Install the front door trim bracket (6).
3. Install the upper door handle fastener (5).
4. Install the front door trim (4).
5. Install the front door handle cover (3).
6. Install the power window switch panel assembly (2).
7. Install the triangular cover (1).
Back door
1. Install the door handle bracket (5).
2. Install the upper door handle fastener (4).
3. Install the rear door trim (3).
4. Install the rear door handle cover (2).
5. Install the power window switch panel assembly (1).
Dismantling the door trim
Front door
1. Remove the door linear adjustment (1).
2. Remove the inner door handle bezel (2).
3. Remove the door light bulb glass (3).
4. Remove the electric window switch frame (4).
5. Remove the electric window switch (5).
6. Remove the power window switch panel (6).
7. Remove the front door handle (7).
8. Remove the armrest in front of the door (8).
9. Remove the upper front door panel (9).
10. Remove the lower panel of the front door (10).
11. Remove the handle bracket (11).
12. Remove the front door trim (12).
Back door
1. Remove the door linear adjustment (1).
2. Remove the inner door handle bezel (2).
3. Remove the door light bulb glass (3).
4. Remove the electric window switch frame (4).
5. Remove the electric window switch (5).
6. Remove the power window switch panel (6).
7. Remove the rear door handle (7).
8. Remove the rear door armrest (8).
9. Remove the upper rear door panel (9).
10. Remove the lower panel of the rear door (U).
11. Remove the handle bracket (11).
12. Remove the rear door trim (12).
Assembling the door trim
Front door
1. Install the front door trim (12).
2. Install the handle bracket (11).
3. Install the front door lower panel (10).
4. Install the front door upper panel (9).
5. Install the front door armrest (8).
6. Install the front door handle (7).
7. Install the power window switch panel (6).
8. Install the electric window switch (5).
9. Install the electric window switch frame (4).
10. Install the door light bulb glass (3).
11. Install the inner door handle bezel (2).
12. Set the door linear adjustment (1).
Back door
1. Install the rear door trim (12).
2. Install the handle bracket (11).
3. Install the rear door lower panel (10).
4. Install the rear door upper panel (9).
5. Install the rear door armrest (8).
6. Install the rear door handle (7).
7. Install the power window switch panel (6).
8. Install the electric window switch (5).
9. Install the electric window switch frame (4).
10. Install the door light bulb glass (3).
11. Install the inner door handle bezel (2).
12. Set the door linear adjustment (1).
