Checking the fluid level
With the engine idling, check the fluid level in the reservoir.
Models with 2500 and 3500 cm³ engines
Make sure that the fluid level is between the MAX and MIN marks on the tank wall. Add fluid if necessary.
Models with 2500 cc engine
Models with 3500 cc engine
Models with 3200 cc engine
Unscrew the tank cap; the liquid level in it should be between the MAX and MIN marks.
Recommended type of liquid
Use ATF DEXRON III or DEXRON II.
