Checking the drive shaft (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)

1. Check the wheel drive shaft for damage, bending, or corrosion.

2. Check the splined portion of the wheel drive shaft for signs of excessive wear or damage.

3. Check whether the rollers on the axles of the inner CV joint race rotate normally and whether there are any signs of increased wear or corrosion.

4. Check the groove on the inner surface of the hinge housing for signs of wear or corrosion.

5. Check the dynamic damper for damage or cracks.

6. Check the protective covers of the CV joints for damage, cracks, or aging of the material.
