Caution: Indicates parts that must be pre-tightened and then finally tightened with the unloaded vehicle on its wheels on a level, flat surface.
Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the torques shown in the figure.
1. Install the tubular body (12).
2. Install the ventilation tube (11).
3. Install the ventilation hose (10).
4. Install the right differential mounting bracket (9).
5. Remove the transmission jack from under the differential.
6. Tighten the differential mounting bolts.
Caution: Tighten the bolts only when the wheels are in full contact with the ground.
1) Tighten the bolts in the order A, B, C, D or A, C, B, D as shown in the figure to the recommended tightening torque.
Tightening torque: 80±10 Nm.
7. Install the gasket (8).
8. Install the overrunning clutch engagement switch (7).
9. Install the vacuum tank assembly (6).
10. Install the drive assembly (5).
11. Install the pin (4).
12. Install the bearing (3).
13. Install the clamp (2).
14. Install the inner shaft (1).
Caution: Be careful not to damage the seal lip.
15. Install the right pillar assembly.
16. Install the right drive shaft.
17. Fill the drive shaft with oil.
18. Install the engine crankcase guard.
