Removal



To remove the parking brake lever, perform the following operations.

1. Remove the floor console.

2. Remove the rear seat.

3. Unscrew the adjusting nut 4 (Fig. 14.57).

4. Remove holder 5, having first removed the rear protective cover.

5. Unscrew the two bolts and remove bracket 6.

6. Loosen the two bolts and remove the parking brake lever 2 assembly.

7. Loosen the bolt and remove the switch 1 of the parking brake indicator lamp.

8. Disconnect the cables and remove the cable compensator 7.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.

1. Adjust the stroke of the parking brake lever.

2. Install the floor console.

3. Install the rear seat.
