3. Install the spring dynamometer on the steering wheel rim (see Fig. 13.2).
4. Measure the force required to turn the steering wheel from a straight-ahead position to the left and to the right (by 1.5 turns). Also make sure that there are no significant deviations from the required steering wheel force value. The maximum steering wheel force should be (34±5.9) N.
