If the fuel pump does not work, then check it using the following method, and if it is working properly, check the power supply circuit.
1. Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position.

2. Connect the black fuel pump service connector directly to the positive battery terminal and check if the sound of the pump operating can be heard (Fig. 7.9).
Caution! Since the fuel pump is installed in the fuel tank, in order to improve the audibility of the sound of the operating pump, unscrew the filler cap of the fuel tank.
3. Check for pressure by squeezing the fuel hose with your fingertips.
