Disassembly and assembly of the instrument panel (Mitsubishi Space Star)

Disassembly

• Remove the screws and the defroster duct.
• Remove the screws and remove the air distribution duct.
• Remove the center vent.
• Remove the screws and remove the front passenger airbag.
• Remove the screws and remove the glove box.
• Using a screwdriver blade, press the latches as a lever and remove the side ventilation grilles from the instrument panel.
• Remove the screws and lower instrument panel brackets.
• Remove the screws and the center instrument panel support.
• Remove the screws and the shock absorber.

Assembly

• The instrument panel is assembled in the reverse order of disassembly.
