Checking the crankshaft angle sensor (Mitsubishi Space Star)

1. Disconnect the connector from the crankshaft angle sensor (Fig. 8.13).



2. Measure the resistance between the contacts of the crankshaft angle sensor connector (see Fig. 8.13).

Resistance: 720-880 Ohm

3. If the resistance differs from the required value, replace the sensor.
