2. Wipe the mating surface of the filter mounting bracket.
3. Lubricate the sealing ring surface of the new oil filter with a small amount of clean transmission fluid (Fig. 13.14).

4. Using special tool MB991610, install the new filter and tighten it to the required torque.
Tightening torque: 32 Nm
5. Check the transmission fluid level.
