Removal
- Drain the fluid from the clutch hydraulic drive.
- Remove the battery and battery support.
- Remove the intercooler pipe.
- Remove the air filter.
- Remove the transmission support bracket.
- Remove the fuel filter.
- Remove the cotter pin, washer and pin securing the clutch cylinder pushrod to the clutch pedal (Fig. 11.11).

- Loosen the union nut and disconnect the pipe from the clutch master cylinder.
- Disconnect the hose from the clutch master cylinder.
- Loosen the nuts and remove the clutch master cylinder.
- Loosen the union nut and disconnect the tube from the clutch slave cylinder.
Installation
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
- Before installation, lubricate the bushing, washer and pin.
- When installing, use a new cotter pin to secure the pin.
- Fill the fluid and bleed the air from the hydraulic clutch drive.
- Adjust the position of the clutch pedal.
