Front wheel suspension design (Mitsubishi Colt 5)

The front suspension of the car is an independent lever-telescopic, so-called "MacPherson suspension". The guide device consists of a swinging telescopic hydraulic shock absorber strut and a suspension arm. The elastic device is a twisted cylindrical spring mounted on a telescopic swinging strut. The role of the damper device is performed by a hydraulic telescopic shock absorber.
