Removal the anti-roll bar
1. Remove the stabilizer link (1).
2. Remove the stabilizer bracket (2).
3. Remove the stabilizer bushing (3).
4. Remove the anti-roll bar (4).
Installing the anti-roll bar
Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the torques shown in the figure.
1. Install the anti-roll bar (4).
2. Install the stabilizer bushing (3).
3. Install the stabilizer bracket (2).
4. Install the stabilizer link (1).
Checking the rotation torque of the ball joint pin of the anti-roll bar
1. Rock the ball joint pin several times, then tighten the nut onto the threaded part of the pin and, using a torque wrench, measure the value of the rotational torque of the anti-roll bar ball joint pin.
Nominal value: 6.86 -19.6 Nm.
2. If the measured value exceeds the nominal value, replace the stabilizer bar.

3. If the measured value is less than the nominal value, check the smoothness of rotation of the ball joint and the absence of excessive play. If everything is OK, it is possible to use this ball joint.
Checking the protective cover of the ball joint of the anti-roll bar
1. Check the protective cover for cracks or damage by pressing on it with your finger.
2. If the protective cover has cracks or damage, replace the anti-roll bar strut.
Note: Cracks or damage to the protective boot may cause damage to the ball joint. If the protective cover is damaged during maintenance work, replace the protective cover.
Replacing the protective cover of the ball joint of the stabilizer bar
Replace the ball joint protective boot only if it is accidentally damaged during maintenance work, as follows:
1. Remove the spring ring lock and protective cover.
2. Apply multi-purpose grease to the edge and inside of the boot.
3. Wrap the insulating tape around the threaded part of the pin as shown in the figure, and then install the protective cover.
4. Secure the protective cover with a ring lock. When installing the ring lock, move its ends at an angle of 90° from the axis of the anti-roll bar.
5. Check the protective cover for cracks and damage by pressing on it with your finger.
