Generator Repair — Generator Check (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)

1. Check the resistance between the two slip rings of the rotor winding. If the resistance value does not correspond to the nominal value, replace the rotor.

Nominal value: 3 - 5 Ohm



2. Check the circuit between the slip ring and the rotor core. If the circuit is shorted (short to ground), replace the rotor.
