Disassembly



To disassemble, perform the following operations in sequence.

Front seat: 1 – headrest guides; 2 – seat back assembly; 3 – seat cushion assembly; 4 – Front seat hinge protective cover; 5 – seat belt lock; 6 – seat position adjustment mechanism assembly; 7 – decorative side cover of the front seat; 8 – spring locking ring; 9 – seat height adjustment handle; 10 – seat longitudinal movement control lever; 11 – plug; 12 – seat back tilt control handle


1. Remove the spring locking ring 8 (Fig. 17.68).

2. Remove the seat height adjustment handle 9.

3. Using a screwdriver blade as a lever, remove plug 11.

4. Remove the seat back tilt control handle 12.

5. Loosen the screw and remove the lever 10 for controlling the longitudinal movement of the seat.

6. Loosen the screws and remove the decorative side cover 7 of the front seat.

7. Loosen the screw and remove the protective cover 4 of the front seat hinge.

8. Loosen the bolt and remove the seat belt lock 5.

9. Loosen the four bolts and remove the seat cushion 3 assembly.

10. If necessary, remove the headrest guides 1.



11. Unscrew the bolt and nut and remove the seat back 2 assembly.

Assembly



Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
