Clutch master cylinder



Removal



To remove the clutch master cylinder, perform the following operations in sequence.

1. Remove pin 10 with a hole for a cotter pin (Fig. 10.7).

2. Unscrew the coupling and disconnect the hydraulic drive pipes from the master cylinder 12 of the clutch hydraulic drive.

3. Loosen the nuts and remove the clutch master cylinder.

4. Remove the gasket.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Fill the clutch hydraulic drive with brake fluid and remove air from it. Adjust the clutch pedal if necessary.



Clutch slave cylinder



Removal



To remove the clutch slave cylinder, perform the following operations in sequence.

1. Unscrew the coupling and disconnect the clutch hydraulic tube from the clutch slave cylinder.

2. Loosen the bolts and remove the clutch hydraulic drive slave cylinder.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Fill the clutch hydraulic drive with brake fluid and remove air from it. Adjust the clutch pedal if necessary.

Pipelines



Removal



1. Unscrew the couplings and disconnect the clutch hydraulic tubes.

2. Remove the hose clamp.

3. Remove the clutch hydraulic hose.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Fill the clutch hydraulic drive with brake fluid and remove air from it. Adjust the clutch pedal if necessary.
