1. Prepare the vehicle for testing (warm up the engine to operating temperature).
2. Turn off the ignition and connect the MUT-II device to the diagnostic connector.
3. Start the engine and check the idle speed, which should correspond to the nominal value.
Engine crankshaft speed at idle: 710±100 min⁻¹
4. If the idle speed is not as specified, refer to the relevant chapter in the section "Fuel system of diesel engine F9Q1".
