- Disconnect the connectors from the throttle position sensor and idle speed control servo.
- Disconnect the cooling system hoses from the throttle assembly.
- Disconnect the vacuum hose from the throttle assembly.
- Turn out bolts and remove a throttle knot in gathering and a lining.
Installation
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
- Position the gasket so that its protruding part is located as shown in Figure 7.13, and then install it between the intake manifold and the throttle body.

- Screw in bolts of fastening of throttle knot and tighten them the demanded moment.
Tightening torque: 19 Nm
- Connect the vacuum hose to the throttle assembly.
- Connect the connectors to the throttle position sensor and idle speed control servo.
- Connect the cooling system hoses to the throttle assembly and secure them securely with clamps.
- Connect the accelerator cable to the throttle assembly and adjust its position.
- Connect the wire to the negative battery terminal.
- Start the engine and check for fuel leaks from the fuel system.
