- Disconnect the connectors from the throttle position sensor and the idle speed control servo.
- Disconnect the cooling system hoses from the throttle body.
- Disconnect the vacuum hose from the throttle body.
- Remove the bolts and remove the throttle assembly and gasket.
Installation
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
- Position the gasket so that its protruding portion is located as shown in Figure 7.13, and then install it between the intake manifold and the throttle body.

- Install the throttle assembly mounting bolts and tighten them to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 19 Nm
- Connect the vacuum hose to the throttle body.
- Connect the connectors to the throttle position sensor and idle speed control servo.
- Connect the cooling system hoses to the throttle body and secure them securely with clamps.
- Connect the accelerator cable to the throttle body and adjust its position.
- Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
- Start the engine and check for fuel leaks from the fuel system.
