2. Insert a thin wire from the cable connection side into the terminal of the engine control unit connector and measure the voltage, comparing it with the values in Table 8.5. The cross-section of the engine control unit connector is shown in Figure 8.2.

3. If the voltmeter shows a value that does not match the specified one, check the sensor, the corresponding wire and the actuator (actuator), and, if necessary, repair or replace the faulty element.
4. After the repair or replacement has been completed, check with a voltmeter whether the problem has been resolved.
