2. Insert a 0.45 mm thick feeler gauge between the SAS bolt and the throttle lever (Figure 8.4).

3. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position (without starting the engine).
4. Loosen the throttle position sensor mounting bolt and then completely unscrew the sensor counterclockwise (Figure 8.5).

5. Make sure the idle speed is on.
6. Turn the throttle position sensor clockwise to the point where the idle speed sensor turns off. Tighten the mounting bolt at this position.
7. Check the output voltage of the throttle position sensor.
Normal voltage: 400-1000 mV.
8. If there is deviation, check the sensor and connecting wire.
9. Remove the dipstick.
10. Turn off the ignition.
11. Disconnect MUT II.
