1. Checking the condition of the metal lines and flexible hoses of the brake system should be carried out on a regular basis in accordance with the vehicle's routine maintenance schedule.
2. The metal brake lines laid under the bottom of the car are subject to external influences and can be damaged by impacts of stones flying out from under the wheels of the car. As a result of deformation or twisting, the patency of the metal line may be partially or completely impaired. Carefully inspect the tubes of both brake circuits, if necessary, replace the defective sections, bleed the hydraulic path.
3. Flexible brake hoses should be checked for cracks, bulges and signs of damage to the reinforcing sheath. Defective hoses must be replaced without fail.
4. When disconnecting the lines of the brake system, special attention should be paid to maintaining cleanliness, - before releasing the nipple connectors, carefully wipe them with a clean rag, - ingress of dirt or moisture into the path can lead to a dangerous decrease in the braking efficiency of the vehicle. Before installation, the replacement sections should be flushed with clean brake fluid.
5. Track reliability of fastening of brake lines and their union connections in all provided intermediate clamps.
