Removal the crankshaft and cylinder block (Mitsubishi Pajero 4)

Model with 6V31 engine 1. Unscrew the flywheel bolt (1).; 2. Remove the adapter plate (2).; 3. Remove the flywheel (3).; 4. Remove the back plate (4).; 5. Remove the rear crankshaft oil seal (5).; 6. Remove the oil seal housing (6).; 7. Unscrew the bearing cover bolt (7).; 8. Remove the bearing cover (8).; 9. Remove the lower crankshaft bearing (9).; 10. Remove the crankshaft (10).; 11. Remove the support bearing (11).; 12. Remove the upper crankshaft bearing (12).; 13. Remove the touch ring (13).; 14. Remove the knock sensor (14).; 15. Remove the knock sensor (15).; 18. Remove the stiffener (16).; 17. Remove the stiffener rib gasket (17).; 18. Remove the cylinder block (18).

Model with 6G7 engine 1. Remove the connecting plate (1).; 2. Remove the drive disk (2).; 3. Remove the crankshaft adapter (3).; 4. Remove the back plate (4).; 5. Remove the housing seal (5).; 6. Remove the rear crankshaft oil seal (6).; 7. Remove the reflector (7).; 8. Unscrew the bearing cover bolt (8).; 9. Remove the bearing cover (9).; 10. Remove the lower crankshaft bearing (10).; 11. Remove the crankshaft (11).; 12. Remove the support bearing (12).; 13. Remove the upper crankshaft bearing (13).; 14. Remove the knock sensor (14).; 15. Remove the knock sensor bracket (15).; 16. Remove the cylinder block (16).

Model with 4M4 engine 1. Unscrew the flywheel bolt (1).; 2. Remove the flywheel (2).; 3. Remove the ball bearing (3).; 4. Remove the back plate (4).; 5. Remove the rear housing oil seal assembly (5).; 6. Remove the rear oil seal (6).; 7. Remove the rear housing oil seal (7).; 8. Remove the right engine mounting bracket (8).; 9. Remove the left engine mounting bracket (9).; 10. Remove the front plate (10).; 11. Remove the crankshaft gear (11).; 12. Remove the crankshaft key (12).; 13. Remove the bearing (13).; 14. Remove the bearing (14).; 15. Remove the lower part of the cylinder block (15).; 16. Remove the sealing ring (16).; 17. Remove the upper support bearing (17).; 18. Remove the lower crankshaft bearing (18).; 19. Remove the crankshaft (19).; 20. Remove the upper support bearing (20).; 21. Remove the upper crankshaft bearing (21).; 22. Remove the test valve (22).; 23. Remove the oil spray nozzle (23).; 24. Remove the cylinder block (24).
