1. Unscrew the connecting rod cap nut (1).
2. Remove the connecting rod cover (2).
1) Mark the cylinder number on the side of the connecting rod before dismantling, as shown in the figure.
3. Remove the lower connecting rod bearing (3).
4. Remove the piston and connecting rod assembly (4).
5. Remove the upper connecting rod bearing (5).
6. Remove piston ring No. 1 (6).
7. Remove piston ring No. 2 (7).
8. Remove the oil retaining ring (8).
9. Remove the spring ring (9).
10. Remove the piston pin (10)
1) Insert the pusher (special repair tool) from the front side, fix the sleeve D in the correct position.
2). Place the piston and connecting rod assembly into the socket (special repair tool), front side up.
3). Press out the piston pin with a press.

Note: After dismantling, place the piston, piston pin and connecting rod from one connecting rod and piston group in one place to avoid mixing pistons, piston pins and connecting rods from different assemblies.
11. Remove the spring ring (11).
12. Remove the piston (12).
13. Remove the connecting rod (13).
14. Unscrew the bolt (14).
