Oil pump
1. Insert the rotor into the front part of the housing.
2. Measure the radial clearance as shown in the figure.
Standard value: 0.06-0.18 mm.
3. Measure the axial clearance as shown in the figure.
Standard value: 0.04-0.095 mm.
4. Measure the gap size as shown in the figure.
Standard value: 0.10-0.181 mm.
Maximum allowable value: 0.35 mm.
